Steps to Login & Claim Your Unlocked MFEV

Follow each step carefully to access your dashboard and submit a secure claim request.

Important — Read Before You Start
  • ▸ You can only raise a claim for Unlocked MFEV. Locked MFEV cannot be claimed at this time.
  • ▸ If your Current Claimable MFEV is 0, the claim request button will not be available.
  • ▸ Keep access to your registered email inbox ready — OTP will be sent there.
Step-by-Step Process
  1. Step01

    Open the MFEV Claim Portal

    Open the official MFEV Claim Portal in your web browser. Always verify you are on the correct, official URL before entering any information.

    Official portal: claim.mfevcoin.io — Do not use any other links or third-party sites.
  2. Step02

    Login With User ID and Email

    On the login page, enter both of the following:

    MFEV User ID
    Registered Email Address
    📧 Send OTP
    The email you enter must be the one linked to your User ID. A mismatch will prevent OTP from being sent.
  3. Step03

    Verify Login OTP

    Check your registered email inbox for the OTP. Enter the OTP code in the portal and click:

    ✅ Verify OTP
    OTP is valid for 5 minutes. If you don't receive it, wait for the timer and click Resend OTP. Check spam/junk too.
  4. Step04

    Check Your MFEV Dashboard

    After login you will see your full MFEV balance summary:

    Total Purchased
    All MFEV you bought
    Total Locked
    Cannot be claimed yet
    Total Unlocked
    Has been unlocked
    ⭐ Current Claimable
    Claim this right now
    Already Claimed
    Previously processed
    Claim Status
    Latest request status
  5. Step05

    Go to Claim MFEV Section

    If your Current Claimable MFEV > 0, navigate to the Claim MFEV section from the menu.

    Your claimable amount is shown automatically by the system. You do not need to enter it manually.
  6. Step06

    Enter Receiving Wallet Address

    Enter your wallet address, confirm it again in the second field, and select the correct network if prompted. Before proceeding, verify:

    Double-check your wallet address. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once submitted. Any mistake means permanent loss.
  7. Step07

    Submit Claim Request

    Tick the confirmation checkbox and click Submit Claim Request. A popup will appear showing your claim summary — review it carefully, then click:

  8. Step08

    Verify Claim OTP

    An OTP will be sent to your registered email. Enter it in the portal and click:

    ✅ Verify and Submit
    Success! Your MFEV claim request has been submitted. Our team will review and process it shortly.
  9. Step09

    Check Claim Status

    Go to Claim History or Transaction Status to track your request:

    Pending Admin Approval
    Waiting for team review
    Approved
    Request approved by admin
    Transaction Submitted
    Submitted on blockchain
    Pending Confirmation
    Awaiting blockchain confirm
    Completed ✓
    Claim successfully done
    Rejected / Failed
    Check reason provided
You Cannot Submit a Claim If…
✕ Current Claimable MFEV is 0
✕ Your MFEV is still locked
✕ A pending claim already exists
✕ Previous claim is under processing
✕ Wallet address entered is invalid
✕ Wallet address confirmation mismatch
✕ OTP verification fails or expires

  • ▸Only Unlocked MFEV can be claimed. Locked MFEV stays visible but is not claimable until unlocked.
  • ▸Your claim amount is auto-calculated by the system — no manual entry needed.
  • ▸Always use your exact User ID, registered email, and a verified wallet address.
  • ▸Blockchain transactions are irreversible — always verify your wallet address before submitting.
